CEA Paris- Saclay / MIRCen

The CEA- MIRCen platforms are dedicated to the exploration and validation of concepts, as well as to the preclinical evaluation of new gene, cell or drug therapeutic strategies, mainly in the field of neurodegenerative diseases.

They are articulated along a translational axis ranging from in vitro to pre-clinical and clinical data analysis.
MOLECULAR BIOLOGY - CELL CULTURE - VIRAL PRODUCTION - BIOCHEMISTRY PLATFORM:
This platform offers methodologies, equipment and expertise dedicated to the development of viral vectors of the AAV and lentivirus type, their production and characterisation in order to the develop pathological models and to assess new therapeutic approaches.
