The team “repair in Multiple Sclerosis: from biology to clinical translation” at the Brain & Spine Institute (ICM) in Paris is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated post-doc. The goal is to understand the pathophysiological mecha-nisms underlying Multiple Sclerosis through the combination of advanced MRI and PET brain imaging.

The successful candidate will have a significant experience in imaging processing and will also bring new expertise to our team.

Required skills:

  • Experience with standard neuroimaging pre-processing techniques (image registration, seg-mentation, …)
  • Experience with the Linux environment
  • Knowledge of Python and MATLAB

Desired skills:

  • Experience with common neuroimaging software (FSL, FreeSurfer, ANTs, …)
  • Experience with High Performance Computing (HPC)
  • Knowledge in statistics.
