The ICM's Histomics platform is organizing a workshop entirely dedicated to "Recent advances in spatial transcriptomics in the brain ". This event will take place at the ICM's Edmond and Lily Safra Auditorium, on November 03, 2023 from 9:00 am to 06:00 pm.
The objectives of this day are multiple: (i) to present spatial transcriptomics and review current knowledge and future challenges; (ii) to offer practical experience on how to analyze and interpret spatial transcriptomics data; (iii) to establish a network of experts and collaborators who can share their experience on spatial transcriptomics and its application in the brain (participants, speakers and industrial partners).
