Description

ENCODS is a European training network for PhD students in neurosciences. ENCODS holds annually cross-disciplinary conferences to prepare early neuroscientists to meet the challenges in the field of neurosciences for today and the future.

The European Neuroscience Conference by Doctoral Students (ENCODS) offers young neuroscientists a scientific exchange that suits their needs better than a large-scale event. ENCODS is organized yearly by a different group of internationally located PhD students and welcomes European PhD students working in all fields of Neuroscience.

- ENCODS 2019 will be held at The Francis Crick Institute, London, United Kingdom (24-25 June).

The ENCODS programmes encompass plenary talks from both eminent as well as arising scientists, that will stay for the full length of the conference to offer ample possibility for interaction. ENCODS offers students the opportunity to give talks and to be involved with the conference, making ENCODS a great way for young scientists to interact with each other in a different setting than usual. Students are offered trainings to improve skills that are critical during and after their PhD, such as academic writing, presenting and self-management.
