Gordon Research Conference on Tissue Microstructure Imaging

This first GRC dedicated to multi-disciplinary aspects of imaging tissue microstructure will bring world’s
experts working in a host of imaging modalities, to connect bio-imaging fields and to establish a
scientific forum for cross-validation of tissue parameters and cross-pollination of ideas and methods.
We hope this meeting will occur bi-annually. The focus of this first GRC will be on several aspects of
tissue pathology such as apoptosis, necrosis, inflammation, neurodegeneration, and changes in
vasculature and cellular organization; all of which are processes that are prevalent in many diseases.
